Industry Collaboration with bareMinerals: Student designed kit to go on sale & Ume Colle event!

In the spring the Cultural Studies (Beauty and Photography) class participated in an industry collaboration with the cosmetic brand bareMinerals. Over the 3 months, the students learned about the brand's concept and products, and also sampled their products. Finally, they created marketing proposals for the launch of bareMineral's "Original Mineral Veil UV Powder." The proposals included making short videos to be used on SNS to target specific audiences and suggestions for make-up kits appropriate for their selected audience.
The bareMinerals representatives were impressed with all of the presentations and gave them very positive feedback. The "Instant Face Revival Kit" (ソッコー盛れ顔復活キット) proposed by one group will be sold and promoted by bareMinerals at the Hankyu Umeda department store and the official online store from September 25th! Visitors could also win various bareMinerals products by using a toy capsule machine.
